That as of today will pop Wheelies I’m gonna have to turn the power down. It hurt my back taking off in the car yesterday
The regenerative braking is turned up so high on it. It hurt me when I let off the throttle as well because it comes to a abrupt stop. I’m gonna turn this down.
There rear axle is from a guy in New York that we used to buy our stuff from years ago
It’s the back half of a four-wheel-drive kit that he made
The front half of his kit was a piece of crap, so I threw it in the trash
This 8″ ALL SPORTS long Travel suspension made the cart ride smoother, and handle correctly
The motor is brand new and it has brand new Trojan batteries on it as of yesterday so spent close to $3000 in Parts and labor to do this
The controller is a 500 amp Curtis fully programmable 1268 controller as well as a heavy duty solenoid to handle all that power
Both of these products are almost bulletproof
The motors we used were bulletproof. The only reason I had to buy a new motors because we robbed this one off there for one of our other Hunting cards that we built this car spent most of its life on my showroom floor in Plano.
It’s definitely an attention getter
But it performs as good as it looks
The body is an Ezgo ST body that was rhino lined by people who rhino line pick up truck beds line x even the inside of the body has been done so there’s no edge anywhere that can peel loose
We used to build all of our hunting carts like this, but very few of them were this extreme
The seats are good front and back as it’s been kept inside its whole life. It’s never played out in the mud.
It was used as my toy to get around the neighborhood and drink whiskey on at night and do a few photo shoots
It’ll hold two rifles in the front the gun rack you’re seeing on the side is for an A.R. 15 pistol that I have that I kept mounted there when I rode it at night with a glass of crown and seven before I got all the neighbors that I have now
It looks like it would be dead centered about 50 yards all you had to reach up and pull the trigger
It’s got lights on the back of it as you can see in the pictures headlights tail lights. It used to have a green Hunting light in the front that was used for stalking animals at night, but we robbed it off there. All the wiring is still there.
The optics are dated. It was decent technology when I built it but all this stuff, the hand controls for the cameras, etc. I had built by a machine shop.
The rhino lined diamond plate that holds it all in place is also reinforced on top of the roof
The camera gear that I have infrared and thermal were made to go on a Gunn or to be held freehanded. My whole goal was to have something that you could look at a video screen while you’re out hunting.
Everybody that’s seen it had never seen anything like this before dozens of people tried to buy it at the shows but it was never for sale
So far, everything is powering up like it’s supposed to, NOW INFRARED CAMERA uP & RUNNING
